Redirecting e-mails
If you do not want use mailbox of student e-mail, you can redirect incoming messages to your private/work address. Be careful, if you set bad/wrong address all incoming messages will be lost.
After log in web interface (https://students.ujep.cz) choose from menu Settings item Redirect.
To add address click at icon + in left bottom corner. In opened dialog enter e-mail address to which you want to redirect incoming messages. After carefully checking press button Save.
After successfull save, it should look like this:
After it system will send you testing e-mail, which you should get at your private/work e-mail. If it after several minutes still is not delivered to address which you set, contact administrator at sit@rt.ujep.cz.
Change or removal of redirect
For change select active redirect address in left window and rewrite it by new address and press Save or you can remove redirect by button Delete
Important !
* If redirect is active, all messages sent to your student e-mail are redirected and do not be saved at server students.ujep.cz
* If want to have redirected messages at students.ujep.cz mailbox too insert in redirect field both addresses separated by space
stXXXX@students.ujep.cz your.private@mail.com
* If destnation adress do not receive e-mails (eg full mailbox), all messages will be returned to sender.
