:-( I do not know the password to the mailbox. What do I do?
:-) As it is written in the introduction, password for STAG and password for student e-mail is the same one password. If you change it in STAG you have this new password for student e-mail, too. You need access to STAG to study at UJEP, if you don't know your password, contact study office of your faculty.

:-( I really know login and password for STAG and have no problem sign in STAG with them, but can not acces student mail with them. Where is the problem?
:-) The most common cause of this problem is that your mailbox is still not created. Creating mailboxes is done in batches twice a day. So it is recommended to try to access the next day and then to contact the administrator. This of course applies only to the first approach to the mailbox.

:-( How can I contact administrator by mail if I can not get in the mail?
:-) It is expected that each student has private mail and can write from it. Alternatively, you can ask your colleagues. It is important to always give your name, surname and student number. On the contrary, never send your password.
