I do not know the password to the mailbox. What do I do?
eduID account is used for login to students email.

I really know my eduID login and password. I have no problem sign in STAG with them, but can not acces student mail with them. Where is the problem?
The most common cause of this problem is that your mailbox is still not created. Contact us on sit@rt.ujep.cz .

How can I contact administrator by mail if I can not get in the mail?
It is expected that each student has private mail and can write from it. Alternatively, you can ask your colleagues. It is important to always give your name, surname and student number. On the contrary, never send your password.
